Multiplex Tumor Killing and IFNɣ Cytokine Assay.

Single Human T Cells (unlabled) are loaded in each nanopen as well as an IFNɣ cytokine secretion ELISA bead. Multiple Tumor cells (magenta) are also loaded. Caspase 3 activation is observed (Cyan) as well as final IFNɣ cytokine secretion levels (yellow).
