The Opto™ Antigen Presenting Bead Kit allows you to expand rare T cells 10x more effectively than traditional methods that use dendritic cells.

Load beads with your target peptide to expand T cells present at frequencies as low as 0.001%. Then, validate and characterize function with our multiple assays.
